June 16, 2018: Outlier

Our neighbor’s garden is filled with beautiful flowers, but right now, tall, carefully planted clusters of bright red poppies are the stars of the show. Yesterday, I noticed this little heart-shaped outlier making its singularly lovely debut. Many metaphors leap to mind, but I think I’ll leave it there.

Today is graduation day on Bainbridge Island. The sun is shining and it’s going to be beautiful, all the way around. Congratulations to the BHS Class of 2018!
